• Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as retail, consumer products, media & entertainment, pharmaceutical, property development and management, education and health sciences.
• Liaison with EY colleagues across the globe and deliver scope of services within risk management, business and process controls transformation and corporate governance reviews.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client management and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers. Gain acceptance on a wide variety of issues impacting the client.
• Conduct research and assist senior team members for preparing client presentations and go-to-market materials.

People responsibilities

• Continually develop personal skills through trainings and on-the-job learning.
• Participate in the career and performance development of the practice by training new staff and providing timely and specific performance feedback.
• Foster teamwork and innovative, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.

Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)Qualifications required

• Post-graduation: MBA (Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Strategy)
• Graduation: B.Tech or BCA
• Professional Experience: 0 - 3 years of professional experience in related domains

Functional skills requirements

• Good understanding of business processes like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Inventory
• Management, Project Accounting and Human Resources (one or more)
• Knowledge of ERPs like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards (one or more)
• Understanding of risk-management principles and auditing concepts is highly desirable.

Technical skills requirements

• Knowledge of programming languages like C/C++/HTML/ABAP/VB/SQL/DOT NET/PYTHON
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, concepts of OSI layer and protocols, networking and security concepts, Physical &
• Environmental security, Asset Security and Identity & Access Management.
• Basic knowledge of relevant IT and Privacy based industry standards, legislations and regulations
• Proficient in MS-Office tools - Excel, Word and PowerPoint, ACL

Other Job Skills Preferred:

• Awareness of disruptive technologies like cloud computing, block-chain, internet-of-things (IOT), robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) is a big plus.
