Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (ORC) implementation and
support
  • Strong technical skills and functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM
modules, specifically in ORC.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sessions with clients to gather requirements,
create design documents, and configure the system according to client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage multiple
priorities and deadlines
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb91,500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb92,400,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Day shift
Work Location: In person
