Job Description

Experienced hands on Senior Software Engineer (SSE) required for a Mumbai based team working for a UK organization.The team is tasked to deliver new projects driven by customer requirements, modifications/enhancements to existing areas of the applications/products, bespoke solutions directly to specific clients and support & maintenance, either through bug fixing or working with the Customer Management.Experience Required - 4+ Years Key Responsibilities:Low-Level Design to Code Translation:

• Ability to translate Low-Level Design (LLD) into efficient and optimized code.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality PL/SQL code following coding standards.

Development and Testing:

• Write and execute unit test cases to validate the functionality and quality of code.
• Perform code reviews and identify opportunities for code optimization.

Technical Ownership:

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
• Take ownership of technical assignments, from initial design to final delivery, ensuring timely resolution and implementation.

Impact Analysis and Maintenance:

• Assess the impact of code changes on relevant modules and ensure the integrity of interdependent systems.
• Produce accurate code to specifications within agreed timelines.

Product Environment Experience:

• Work in a product-based environment, ensuring code stability and scalability for production releases.

Database Development and Optimization:

• Develop and optimize database packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, and collections using PL/SQL.
• Utilize tools like Explain Plan and Trace for SQL performance tuning.
