We are currently seeking \' OTM Practice Manager\' position to join our team, Experience: 15 - 18 years Locations: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Pune Employment Type: Full time Basic Job Requirements: Take full responsibility for managing primarily offshore components of a practice and at times for the entire practice. Responsible for providing technical and functional leadership Responsible for building new capabilities Develop new solutions and team building etc Expertise in full life cycle implementations. Supply Chain/Logistics domain experience in transportation and logistics etc Strong experience with OTM business process, configurations Experience in leading CRP and UAT workshops for the end users. Strong solution skills is a must. OTM and Oracle E-Business integration experience or integrating OTM with other external systems is preferred. Experience with oracle cloud OTM is desirable Responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for the delivery organization. Must have managed practices involving Oracle Supply Chain Cloud applications, preferably Oracle Transportation Management and Global Trade Management. Highly organized with good time management skills. Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills. Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail Job Responsibilities: Need to a be self-starter with a go getter attitude. Need to work independently with minimal supervision. Provide input and recommendations for best practices. Will be involved in implementations and support functions of OTM/GTM Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in an IT-related discipline. PMP certification preferred.
