Experience in working in a global HRMS environment with multi business groups
Excellent Functional Knowledge of Oracle HCM Application with at least 1 end to end Implementation projects
Able to analyze, design and configure fully automated processes in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Hands-on experience with the Oracle HRMS with a combination of functional and technical experience
Good understanding of HCM Business Processes
Experience with Oracle fast formulas and forms personalization
Good technical knowledge in SQL,PL / SQL
Support core HRMS Modules in EBS R12 : Core-HR, SSHR and Payroll
Expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts and OTBI, Reports
Experience with Oracle fast formulas and forms personalization

Exposure to Payroll inbound and outbound interfaces

Excellent understanding of HRMS-related table and APIs.
Work with Oracle Support and hosting provider to resolve issues
Able to perform integrations with legacy systems
Hands-on experience in OAF development and personalization
Good understanding of EO, VO, CO, AM, and OAF Pages using JDeveloper along with Java coding.
