• Minimum 9-14 years of total experience relevant to this position including 5+ years of project management experience.
• Should have multiple HCM full lifecycle implementation experience with three end to end cloud implementations or 5+ years of Oracle cloud experience.
• Should have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution

Functional expertise in various HCM modules. * Good understanding of integrations and solutions in HCM projects.

• Strong business writing skills and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical abilities and exposure to quantitative project management, including financials and metrics.
• Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firm\'s code of ethics and business conduct.
• Strong people and team management experience.
