Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical ConsultantLocations: Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai
Type: Contract
Experience: 4-6 years :We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 4-6 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM implementations, technical configurations, and customizations. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, ensuring the successful deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, and supporting our clients across multiple locations including Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai. Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Customization:

• Lead and participate in the technical implementation of Oracle HCM modules.
• Customize and configure Oracle HCM applications to meet client requirements.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM applications.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and extensions using Oracle tools and technologies.

Integration:

• Integrate Oracle HCM modules with other systems and applications.
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across different systems.

Documentation & Training:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and client technical teams.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements:Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical roles, including implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM technical configurations and customizations.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), BI Publisher, and Workflow.
• Experience with data migration, data conversion, and interface development.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
