Overview: We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team at Conneqtion. This role will involve implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, particularly focusing on modules such as India Payroll Implementation, BI Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion and at least one full implementation cycle. Key Responsibilities: • Implement Oracle HCM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules, including India Payroll Implementation, BI Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Design and develop reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Oracle HCM applications and modules.
• Perform system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
• Maintain documentation related to Oracle HCM configurations, processes, and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion modules and their integration points.
• Hands-on experience with India Payroll Implementation, BI Reports, OTBI, and HCM Extracts.
• Experience in the preparation of Functional documents e.g. Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Gap Analysis, System Test scripts and application setup.
• Experience in Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service modules is must
• Should have worked on Extensions, Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms and Customizations.
• Ability to configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet business needs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Talent Management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: • Oracle certifications related to HCM modules.
