Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules.
• Proven track record in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM applications.
• Experience with full-cycle implementation projects, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Oracle certification in EBS and/or Fusion HCM is highly desirable.
Skill Set Required (Must-Have):
Implementation and Configuration:
• Lead the implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Self-Service.
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM applications to meet client-specific requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity and performance.
Functional Expertise:
• Provide in-depth functional expertise in Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure system reliability and security.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Training and Development:
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams on Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM functionalities.
• Create training materials and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Skill Set Required (Good-to-Have):
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in integrating Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with data migration and data integration techniques.
