Business DivisionsGroup FunctionsYour roleYou will be a member of Group HR Technology within the Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO), which is simplifying and digitizing our HR application landscape along our technology strategy. Together with your colleagues you will be focusing on providing and building Human Resources-related solutions to provide the best candidate & employee experience throughout the whole lifecycle.We\'re looking for a Software Engineer to:

• hands-on technical design and development, integration, reporting, extensions within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our internal clients and employees.
• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment.
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
• continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.

• high proficiency and 5+ years of techno functional experience in Oracle HCM in any of the following modules: Global HR / Talent and Performance Management / Time & Labor / Absence Management and deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Architecture
• high proficiency and technical experience in at least two of the following technologies / programming languages: SQL, Java, .Net, C#, ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Azure Data Framework, Databricks), spring, Spark (Scala/Python)
• high proficiency and strong experience in providing and integrating API\'s in a service-oriented architecture is preferred
• strong experience in user centric design / UX design
• a proven track of work experience in cloud (MS Azure platform preferred) in an agile SDLC environment, leveraging modern programming languages, DevOps and test-driven development
