Join us on this exciting journey!About the RoleAs a Technical Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud, you'll be at the forefront of transforming HR technology for our clients. From implementing Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Learn, ORC, and Talent Management to resolving production issues, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations. Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and functional teams, you'll deliver high-quality technical solutions that drive business success.What You'll Doxf0x9fx94xb9 Work with HR, HRIS, and Payroll teams to gather requirements for dashboards, reports, integrations, and technical enhancements.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Develop and maintain technical assets, including HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Provide technical support for US payroll (Oracle EBS) and non-US payroll integrations with ADP.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Lead technical design for data conversions and reporting, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Collaborate with global project teams to estimate, plan, and execute implementations and upgrades.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Perform testing for reports, data conversions, and ensure smooth Go-Live operations.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Optimize and automate processes through custom scripts and tools to drive efficiencies.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Handle daily operational priorities and user support requests effectively.What We're Looking Forxe2x9cx85 Experience:

• 5xe2x80x9310 years in Oracle HCM Cloud development with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations/upgrades.
• Expertise in HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
• US payroll experience is a must; familiarity with Oracle EBS is a bonus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting technical solutions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
