Job Title: Oracle Cloud Senior Technical Lead - PaaS and SaaS

Oracle Cloud Lead specializing in PaaS and SaaS, will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle cloud solutions to meet our organization's business needs. Leveraging your expertise in Oracle PaaS and SaaS technologies needs to play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption, integration, and management of these cloud services within our environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oracle Cloud Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the Oracle cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Assess organizational requirements and recommend suitable PaaS and SaaS solutions.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
• Design and architect Oracle PaaS and SaaS solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle cloud services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Develop best practices and guidelines for Oracle cloud usage across the organization.
• Technical Leadership and Team Collaboration:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers and administrators working on Oracle cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Oracle cloud initiatives with other IT projects.
• Performance Optimization and Security:
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Oracle PaaS and SaaS applications, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or issues.
• Implement robust security measures and compliance standards to safeguard data and systems within the Oracle cloud environment.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle cloud technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Drive initiatives for automation, scalability, and efficiency within the Oracle cloud ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Extensive experience (10+ years) working with Oracle Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS) (OIC, VBCS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
• Strong expertise in Oracle cloud services such as Oracle Database Cloud Service, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Analytics Cloud, etc.
• Proficiency in architecting, implementing, and managing complex Oracle cloud solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud or related technologies (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Database, etc.) are a plus.
