Act as the first point of contact for functional queries from end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Oracle Fusion Applications.
Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions for recurring issues.
Coordinate with technical teams for issues requiring development or configuration changes.
Provide guidance on best practices and effective use of Oracle Fusion Application features.
Conduct training sessions or create training materials for users.
Evaluate and document change requests or enhancements.
Perform configuration changes in Oracle Fusion Applications based on business needs.
Conduct system testing for patches, upgrades, or configuration changes.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and assisting end-users.
Monitor integrations between Oracle Fusion Projects and other modules.
Work with other functional analysts to resolve cross-module issues.
Liaise with Oracle Support for unresolved issues or service requests.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and solutions.
Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect system changes or enhancements.
Monitor system performance and usage to identify improvement opportunities.
Validate functionality after system upgrades or patches.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements or automation.
Stay updated on new Oracle Fusion features and recommend their adoption if beneficial.
