• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and upgrades, focusing on core financial modules such as AR, AP, CE, FA, and GL.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Payables, Receivables, Payments, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses, and Fixed Assets.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring effective system configurations and integrations.
• Develop and support reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI, and assist in data modeling for reporting purposes.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into reporting and analysis solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, collaborating with Oracle on bug fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide functional and technical problem-solving support.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Oracle Projects (PPM) module is a plus.
• Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling.
