Job Description
Oracle Fusion CX Functional Application Consultant | Chennai (WFO) | 10-15 Y | Early Joiner |Overall, 10+ years of experience relevant to this position with at least 6+ years of consulting experience in the CX Domain.
- Demonstrable experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales,, Service , Field Service Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must
- Sales
- Service
- Field Service Cloud
- Oracle Integration Cloud
- Visual Builder Cloud Services
- Visual Builder Studio
- Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on Oracle CX Cloud Projects.
- Prior hands-on experience in functional configurations and customizations in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc.
- Advising and assisting business units in terms of related processes and focus on continuous improvement cycle of these processes by suggesting Industry best practices.
- Knowledge in Primavera is added advantage.
