• Work closely with the Business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, and conversions.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure compliance with performance and high availability requirements.
• Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all technical aspects.
• Develop integrations, reports, customization, and data migration solutions.
• Experience in HCM Modules - ORC, Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Performance modules
• HCM Extracts/BIP Reports/Fast Formulas/OTBI Analysis
• Proven ability to integrate Cloud ERP with third party providers such as banks, Host to Host, exchange rate platforms and retail platforms.
• Experience in EFT and Etext\\bank files
• Strong SQL skills
• Expertise in Report design and development using Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) BI Publisher and Analytics
• Report Builder is based on Exago
• Experience in Microsoft Excel macros, VB to facilitate mass upload of Transportation data to applications.
• Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all the team deliverables.
• Work in an agile, startup-like development environment, where you are always working on the most important stuff.
• In this role you will lead a critical and highly visible function within Bristlecone.
• Gather and document business requirements, support fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, end user training.
• Develop business process designs, perform configuration, and perform unit testing.
• Write Technical & Function design documents for reports.
• Support business users with the execution of test scripts.
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Consistently produces clear and concise status reports.
• To work in collaboration with oracle support for resolving critical bugs.
• To work independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision.
• Working with solution architects to translate project requirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years professional experience in software development; you will be able to discuss in depth both the design and your significant contributions to one or more projects.

• BI Publisher (RTF design/eText/ Scheduling/ Parameter Handling/ Bursting/ backup and migration of reports to different pods),
• BI/OTBI/Infolets/Dashboards, Fast Formulas, Integrations and Data Migration/HDL/PBL, ESS Base Financial reporting studio (FRS) and Smartview reports
• Custom Role Development
• Extending Cloud through the native personalization layer
• AP Check printing, Host to Host, Positive pay templates, PO Printing, AP Printing, automated AR Invoice
• Bank Statement integration
• Hand-on knowledge of Security roles in Fusion, page personalization's, Web Services is a definite plus.
• Experience working on an end to end (full cycle) upgrade or implementation project.
• Strong Programming acumen, with focus on Oracle supported languages.
• Strong SQL and PL\\SQL skills
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting for batch processing.
• Working knowledge of implementation methodologies & documentation standards such as OUM, Agile and AIM.
• Understanding of Source Control best practices.
• Oracle OCA or OCP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with systems integration security, user provisioning, and single sign-on technologies.

• Ability to produce artefacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents.
