The successful candidate must be a strong, decisive, results oriented individual who can develop and manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners, based on trust, teamwork and knowledge. The following details specific responsibilities for this critical role within the scope of Oracle Financial preferably Cloud

• Techno/Functional team leadership in system and business requirements definition
• Identification, analysis and documentation of system and business requirements
• Analysis, customization and reengineering business processes within functional area and integrating with other areas
• Development of business process flows
• Data conversion mapping and testing
• Support application testing, documentation and monitoring for specific results
• Status reporting on assigned tasks
• Identification of potential problems/challenges and recommendation of solutions
• Knowledge transfer to finance end users and mentor to junior BAxe2x80x99s
• Monitors new ideas and concepts and provides recommendations to senior management
• Leads very complex and challenging business/system requirements by facilitating strategic user meetings and interviewing users, and resolving issues
• Drives the analysis of current processes and recommends solutions and improved processes; may provide counsel on impact of systems changes to business processes
• Coaches and advocates for business area regarding system needs and requests with various groups
• Collaborates on project planning and management with the assigned project manager
• Consults with users, developers, tester, and implementation specialists
• Set the strategic direction for the resolution of extremely complex and high impact requirements analysis problems
• Partners with technology and business managers providing overall strategic leadership in developing and maintaining disciplined processes
• Provide subject matter expertise in the required functional and application area
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with finance teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business Requirements Document, Functional Requirements Document, Test cases.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Work independently with users to define concepts

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 18 plus years internal or external experience in finance domain
• Successful participation in all pertinent phases of full life cycle implementation and understanding on technical landscape

• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Demonstrated ability to assume functional leadership within a project team in at least one functional area
• Expert understanding of package implementation and methodologies, as well as functional knowledge of their core business practice. Implementation abilities associated with packaged software
• Solid ability in the areas of problem solving, developing alternative approaches to problems, and in resolving conflicts
• Expert knowledge of target system
• Solid knowledge of all of the integration points between system modules
• Ability to work, contribute, and communicate effectively within immediate team and work with finance personnel as required
• Ability prioritize and flexibility to modify priorities appropriately
• Analytical nature and Logically oriented
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and crisis situations and exhibit diplomacy and polish
• Ability to prioritize and delegate as needed
• Monitors new ideas and concepts and provides recommendations to senior management
• Works across organizations to develop consensus and communicate decisions
• Uses a broad array of communication vehicles to lead, direct, and facilitate requirement analysis effort
• Partners with technology and business managers providing overall strategic leadership in developing and maintaining disciplined processes

GLOBAL ORGANISATION:

• Ability to work with distributed team in multiple time zones.
• Ensure solutions meet local requirements while maintaining consistency with internal global standards

INDUSTRY: Experience within Financial Services and banking industries a mustEDUCATION: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in finance, business, technology or equivalent preferred.SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE FOR IMPLEMENTATION:

• Oracle Financial cloud (i.e. GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, iExpense and Procurement )
• Finance Data Warehousing
• Reconciliation tools
• Oracle E-Business Suite(i.e. GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, iExpense and Procurement )

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE FOR DAILY DUTIES:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills on Windows including: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Vision & Microsoft project (optional)
