:The Sr Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Specialist(Finance Functional) is a hands-on role, responsible for Oracle ERP Cloud Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Project financials, Billing, and Revenue Management processes. Domain knowledge of finance and management systems, plus a strong customer focus, are required for success in this role.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and customer service skills, the willingness, initiative, and ability to work cross-functionally in one or more business domains and applications supporting business modules, system functionality, and application integrations.Primary Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Maintain and support Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud production environment for the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay track (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, PO)\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with end-users and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate performance of the production environment supporting Finance and Operations.\xc2\xb7 Take ownership of setting up and configuring applications when necessary and participate in testing during system upgrades.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the integration team to troubleshoot and solve data-related issues during daily operations. Suggest & maintain monitoring reports.\xc2\xb7 Creates, analyzes, and executes FRS reports and OTBI to support the various reporting requirements of Finance and Operations. Strong working Knowledge of FRS and SmartView is Preferred.\xc2\xb7 Manage, monitor, and ensure appropriate application security and data management in accordance with guidelines and regulations governing the security, access, auditing, distributing, and privacy.\xc2\xb7 Manage backlog of user requests, with regular status reporting of prioritization of new items, WIP, and completed items.\xc2\xb7 Stay current with vendor upgrades, new functionality, and feature releases, and assess adoption strategies.\xc2\xb7 Engage in change control procedures, representing application changes within multi-stakeholder governance.\xc2\xb7 Understand business models and work closely with end-users to identify, recommend, and implement business process improvements.\xc2\xb7 Perform as a core team member and/or participate in ERP project initiatives at times.\xc2\xb7 Document systems procedures to facilitate cross-training.Knowledge and Experience:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience with a concentration in Accounting or Finance\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge with 8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion and/or Oracle EBS R11/R12 in O2C and P2P track must be included - AP/AR/GL/FA/CM/PO, Financial Close, Consolidation, Revenue Recognition, and Reporting.\xc2\xb7 Must have 8+ years of experience implementing/Supporting medium/large scale Oracle ERP Financial and procurement modules.\xc2\xb7 5 plus years of experience in coordinating and/or supporting IT business Processes and providing production support is a must.\xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of FRS reports and SmartView reporting is required.\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of SQL and BI Publisher reports.\xc2\xb7 Preferred to have Oracle Fusion cloud certifications.\xc2\xb7 Experience with application change management cycle aspects, including requirements gathering, developing test plans, and delivering training.\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in technical and functional roles.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Oracle Project Accounting/EPBCS will be an added advantage.Regulatory compliance must include SOX & HIPAA, with an understanding of control frameworks such as COBIT.\xc2\xb7 Working with outsourced support vendors, including offshore within Asia time zones.\xc2\xb7 Prior experience within the Healthcare sector would be a plus.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to create, socialize, and implement plans for project activities such as data migration and UAT.\xc2\xb7 An ability to articulate and communicate complex problems and solutions simply, logically, and impactfully.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities\xc2\xb7 Visa sponsorship will be provided for this position.Personal Attributes:\xc2\xb7 Collaborative spirit and focus on finding win-win solutions.\xc2\xb7 Customer service oriented with a focus on a quality end-user and stakeholder experience.\xc2\xb7 Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.\xc2\xb7 Excellent and timely communication skills and strong interpersonal and presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Flexible during times of change and able to interact tactfully with various personalities.\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with end-users and co-workers.\xc2\xb7 Experience in working with globally distributed multi-cultural teams on data conversions, application interfaces, etc., will be desirable.Key Areas to be focused:-1)Strong Exp in GL,AR,AP,FA,CM,PO2) FRS & OTBI Reports is must.3) Oracle ERP Financial and procurement modules
