Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as an EBS + Fusion FIN Functional Consultant.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle Fusion Financials.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Oracle certification in EBS and/or Fusion Financials is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skill Set Required:
Implementation and Configuration:
• Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials modules.
• Configure financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM, to align with business requirements.
• Customize and enhance functionalities to improve system performance and user experience.
Business Analysis and Process Improvement:
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
• Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Training and Documentation:
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
• Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and operational procedures.
