Position Overview:

We are seeking an Oracle Finance Consultant Trainee to join our team at Infopark, Koratty . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in finance and accounts to build a career in Oracle financial systems. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, preferably with exposure to Oracle financial modules. This role provides exposure to implementing and supporting Oracle finance applications and will involve learning and growing in the domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oracle Finance Module Support : Assist in the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Finance modules, including GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and FA (Fixed Assets).
• Business Process Analysis : Understand and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle financial solutions.
• System Configuration : Support in configuring and customizing Oracle financial modules as per client requirements and business processes.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle finance systems and provide technical support to end-users.
• Documentation : Assist in the documentation of system configurations, user manuals, and training materials.
• User Training & Support : Provide end-user training and support for Oracle finance modules, helping users understand and navigate the system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with senior Oracle consultants and business analysts to implement Oracle financial solutions and improve business processes.
• System Upgrades & Patches : Assist in Oracle finance system upgrades and applying patches as necessary to maintain the system.

Key Requirements:

• Education : M.Com / MBA with a specialization in Finance and Accounts.
• Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting; experience in Oracle financial modules is a plus.
• Skills :
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Financials is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
