Significant Oracle EBS implementation experience.
Oracle Supply Chain experience in at least 2 or more modules: INV, OM, WIP, BOM, or Pricing.
3+ years of people management experience within an IT team.
Completed at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS or another ERP system.
Good knowledge of Application Architecture methodologies.
Significant business knowledge with experience managing multiple solutions and knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are preferred.
Experience working with Technology based solutions and products is required. Experience working in an Agile Environment is required.
Works with customers (as well as Product Owners) to continuously understand and communicate their needs and participate in the validation of the proposed solutions; represents the voice of the customer; entrepreneur for products; expert on the archetypical users of products; Articulates and prioritizes personas and their problems so that appropriate products or solutions can be built.
Works with Epic Owners to develop the Lean business case for Epics that affect multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
