We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with 4+ years of expertise to join our team in Bangalore. This is a walk-in drive scheduled for 11th September 2024 at Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Oracle database management and administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases.
• Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Manage database security, access, and authorization.
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Optimize database performance and ensure high availability.
• Implement and manage database backups and recovery procedures.
• Support in database design and implementation.
• Collaborate with application teams to resolve database-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with database standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Oracle DB installation, configuration, and administration.
• Experience in backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of database security management.
• Expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for database-related issues.
• Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems for database management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
