Roles and Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Overall, 6+ years of experience with atleast 2 project implementation experience in Oracle
ORC (Recruiting, Onboarding and Offboarding) and 2 project implementation experience in
Talent Management modules (Goal and Performance Management).
\xef\x82\xb7 Working experience in end-to-end implementations for the modules is a must.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have been involved in Design sessions, requirements gathering as part of the
implementation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Capture customer businessrequirements and translate requirements into solutioning that fit
within customer\xe2\x80\x99s business environment and business objectives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct POCs,map clientrequirements to base productfunctionality, effort estimation, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Accountable for review and delivery of functional design documents, technical designs and
configuration workbooks
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in implementing multi-org/country solutions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Defect Fixes
\xef\x82\xb7 Good communication skills and should be capable to directly interact with client.
\xef\x82\xb7 Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications, Execute
SIT, Support UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users
\xef\x82\xb7 Having experience in Taleo is a plus.
