Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM ConsultantLocation: Bangalore and Hyderabad Notice Period - 15 Days : We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the software industry, particularly in a consultancy capacity, working on customer sites. This role requires a strong background in implementing Oracle Fusion Applications with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Lead and participate in at least three full cycles of successful Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. \xc2\xb7 Provide expert consultation on Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll. \xc2\xb7 Perform data loading and migration using HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, extracts, web services, and spreadsheet loaders. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated with the Fusion quarterly update process and implement best practices for new feature adoption, testing, and change management. \xc2\xb7 Work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM. \xc2\xb7 Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities. Required Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software industry, with a strong background in consultancy. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in at least three full cycles of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll. \xc2\xb7 Strong skills in data loading/migration (HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, extracts, web services, spreadsheet loaders). \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices in feature adoption, testing, and change management. \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Preferred Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules. \xc2\xb7 Experience in training and mentoring junior consultants.
