Job Title: Oracle Fusion Projects & Procurement Consultant
Experience Level: 5-10 Years
Location: Any Deloitte India offices
Responsibilities:
• Oracle Fusion Projects & Procurement Implementation: Lead and actively participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Projects & Procurement implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Prioirity to be given to Fusion Projects Experience and then if Procurement is know that is added advantage
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert advice, and offer tailored solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Projects functionality.
• Project Management: Take ownership of project management aspects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timely delivery of milestones.
• Configuration and Customization: Customize Oracle Fusion Projects & Procurement modules to meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.
• Data Migration and Integration: Oversee the seamless data migration and integration of Oracle Fusion Projects with other relevant systems.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, promptly identify and resolve issues, and offer clients guidance for effective system usage.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including configuration details, user manuals, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Projects & Procurement implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working in a challenging consulting environment, preferably with a Big four firm or Oracle
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules.
Skills:
• Oracle Fusion Projects & Procurement : Extensive experience with implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Projects & Procurement modules
• Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex issues, propose effective solutions, and implement them efficiently.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead when necessary.
