The candidate will provide training in Oracle Database Administration and Oracle SQL. • Customize training programs to meet the varied needs of corporate clients
• Conduct training sessions using both online and offline delivery methods
• Evaluate and assess training impact and make necessary improvements
• Mentor and support trainees to ensure knowledge retention and skill enhancement
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technology advancements and incorporate them into training modules
• Develop assessments and certification tests to validate trainees\' proficiency
• Collaborate with the training team to continually enhance content and training techniques
