Oracle Apps DBA - Mid-level - Full time US Hours Coverage Rotational Night shiftRequired Skillset:
7-10 years as an Oracle DBA with production support experience, including Oracle 12c and 19c
7-10 years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA with Oracle EBS R12.1.3 and R12.2
Strong understanding of Oracle RDBMS architecture
Hands-on experience with implementation, upgrade, and tuning of:
Large Oracle EBS environments, Oracle EBS in a production environment; throughout all stages of the lifecycle
Enterprise Manager Grid Control
Backup and recovery concepts, including RMAN
Oracle R12, Oracle RAC
Requirements:
Patch assessment and application in an EBS environment with activation of different modules
Performance Tuning (ie. Sql Queries)
Proven experience with multiple operating systems: Linux/Unix/Solaris/Windows
Strong verbal, written, organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to provide accurate and realistic effort estimates, commit and deliver accordingly
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with occasional non-business hours (evenings and weekends) flexibility and able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects.
Ability to work productively in a team environment and participate as a positive and cooperative team member.
MS/MCA in CS or BS/BA/BCA in Computer Science with five years of relevant work experience.
We are looking for the candidates who can support during US Hours.
We have multiple shifts for the US Hours coverage that need to be rotated1.*PST Hours Coverage Starting from 10:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST [Monday through Friday]2. *Weekend 4 days shift 3 days off [Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday]-To work 12 hours * 2 Nights of IST (from 6.00 PM IST to 6.00 AM IST) on Saturday and Sunday and to work 8 hours during the 10 PM IST to 6.30 AM IST shift on any weekday for 2 days.
