Understands the scope and details of the project plan and is able to identify and communicate the need for resources for tasks or assigned areas of responsibility.
Manages multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.
Responsible for the analysis, design, delivery, and testing of the solution.
As a Subject Matter Expert, vital to provide guidance on how their area of capability can help resolve client needs and actively participate in all phases of the Oracle HCM Cloud life cycle.
Monitors progress of tasks against the plan, and reports status to leadership on project issues.
Establishes and maintains client relationships. Communicate client feedback to leadership as appropriate.
Suggests improvements and proactively addresses issues. Answers all inquiries in a timely basis.
Provide assistance and cross-training to other team members.
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
Work on low to medium complexity functionality AMS tickets.
HR Domain knowledge: Core HR, Core Compensation. Absence in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Own AMS Support services for one or more clients
Automate, Identify opportunities & streamline process to reduce redundant effort in BAU space
Identify ways & Enable team to pick more green dollar work
Mentor 2-3 junior developers
Drive Innovation, Initiatives and process improvements.
Minimum CriteriaMinimum 5-6 years of over all experience and 2-3 years Oracle HCM cloud.
Certified in Oracle Core HR/Absence module
Should have worked in at least 1 large scale oracle HCM cloud deployment project
Should be an expert on Core HCM module
Good communication skills and prior experience interfacing client directly would be preferred
Should have worked with Deployment and AMS projects in Core HR/Absence modules.
Ability to demonstrate solution and design for client business challenges
Support release management & change management activities, CSM, FSM etc
Customize Application pages using design studio & page composer
Expertise in Groovy and the newer autocomplete rules
Handle the Oracle Quarterly release upgrades from reviewing the new features, enabling, regression testing, retrofitting the customization & client Monthly BAU releases
Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts
Configure workflow, triage console issues
