Shows urgency in providing service to customers and satisfying their needs, and has a high customer\'s service-oriented eye test. \xe2\x97\x8f Building a strong relationship with customers by engaging them by explaining the eye exam process. \xe2\x97\x8f Exploring the underlying reasons for recurring customer problems and also going the extra mile to find the solutions. \xe2\x97\x8f Anticipating the problems before they occur and having a plan of action for them at store level. Eye Test Quality Assurance and Sales \xe2\x97\x8f Examine eyes, using observation, and instruments, to determine visual acuity, perception, focus and coordination \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for converting the prospective customers into actual customers. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure all customers receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations. \xe2\x97\x8f Effective communication with all retail associates to ensure seamless customer experience Inventory Management \xe2\x97\x8f Having a basic understanding of the POS system is necessary to ensure transactions are properly and effectively processed \xe2\x97\x8f Working very closely with various departments in the organization till the product reaches the customer \xe2\x97\x8f Approaching customers and keeping the store neatly stacked to avoid shrinkage Security & Hygiene \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring the store and the inventory are neat and clean at all times \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining the necessary safety measures to ensure the safety of the store and customers \xe2\x97\x8f Employees at store level, engaging in the customer experience need to be properly groomed and \xe2\x97\x8f presentable to the customer. Uniforms need to be neat, clean, and pressed. Competencies & Educational Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Degree Holder in Optometry with a minimum of 0\xe2\x80\x933 years of relevant experience in the industry.
