Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our team at Lenskart. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive eye care services, including eye examinations, vision correction, and managing ocular diseases. This role is integral to ensuring our customers receive the best possible eye care and eyewear solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

oConduct thorough eye examinations using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

oPrescribe corrective lenses and provide vision therapy and rehabilitation.

oDiagnose and manage ocular diseases and injuries.

oEducate patients on proper eye care, preventive measures, and the use of corrective lenses.

oMaintain accurate patient records and follow up on treatment plans.

oCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

oStay updated on the latest advancements in optometry and integrate new knowledge into practice.

oAssist in the selection of eyewear and ensure proper fitting and adjustments for customers.

Qualifications:

oBachelor's or Master's degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.

oValid optometry license in the state of practice.

oMinimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates with strong clinical skills may also be considered).

oProficient in the use of optometric instruments and equipment.

oStrong interpersonal and communication skills.

oAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.

oDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient care and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?29,000.00 per month
