Job Description
Conduct eye exams to diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses or other treatments as needed.
Dispense glasses, contact lenses, and other optical products based on prescriptions.
Perform refractions to determine the correct prescription for each patient's eyes.
Strong knowledge of various types of lenses (e.g., single vision lenses, progressive lenses), frames styles & materials used in eyewear industry
Provide aftercare instructions to patients on how to properly care for their new glasses or contacts.
Maintain accurate records of patient examinations, prescriptions, and sales data.
Technical Skills : Procedure of duochrome test and principle, Procedure of fogging, JCC test , Subjective Refraction, Eye test steps - Procedure, Contact lens knowledge, Parameters to follow before suggesting contact lens to patients
Sales - store monthly sales, individual contribution, store average bill value or ticket value, formula for NPS and store NPS, retail metrics, KRA and KPI
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?34,933.20 per month
