Job Title: Optometrist Location: Gurgaon, India About Us: We are an established optical shop in Gurgaon, serving the community for almost 12 years. We provide a wide range of eyewear products including frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and lenses. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Optometrist to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting eye tests, handling sales, managing customer interactions, invoicing, performing minor repairs, and overseeing product sourcing and management. This role requires someone who is self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal guidance. There is significant potential for the right candidate to take ownership of the business operations and drive its growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Eye Testing 2. Sales - Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear , Handle walk-in customers , manage sales transactions and ensure accurate billing. 3. Tally monthly bills and ensure payments are made within due dates 4.Minor Repair 5. Product Management - Source new products and manage inventory effectively, Coordinate with suppliers 6. Business Management - Take ownership of the shop\xe2\x80\x99s operations and work towards business growth, Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Degree in Optometry or related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Valid driving license is an added advantage.
