Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Optometrist cum Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise in eye care with the ability to provide excellent customer service and drive sales of optical products.

Key Responsibilities:Optometry Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to determine visual conditions and prescribe corrective lenses.
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and refer patients to specialists if required.
• Provide advice on eye care, contact lens usage, and preventive measures.

Sales and Customer Service:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear based on prescriptions, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of optical products, including lenses, frames, and sunglasses.
• Promote and upsell premium eyewear options and accessories.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Optometry.
• Proven experience in optometry and retail sales (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Sales-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
