• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Prescription and Treatment :
• Prescribe corrective lenses, medications, or therapies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Recommend and manage vision therapy programs as necessary.
• Supervision and Training :
• Mentor and supervise junior optometrists, optometry students, and support staff.
• Provide training on clinical techniques, equipment use, and patient management.
• Quality Assurance :
• Implement protocols and guidelines to ensure high standards of care.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Research and Development :
