Job Overview: We\'re seeking a seasoned Senior Options Trader, preferably NISM qualified, for a full-time position based in Gurgaon. This role offers a dynamic environment with a five-day work week and a fast-paced development culture. We\'re in search of a skilled Options Trader to join our team at a SEBI Registered RA firm. This multifaceted role involves market making, risk management of options, and the development of option strategies. Our company operates with close collaboration between software developers, traders, and analysts, relying heavily on technology. Thus, being technologically savvy is essential. What You\'ll Do: Manage options risk on an active, electronic, and automated trading platform, including understanding portfolio-level hedging of Greeks. Deploy index and single stock option market making and trading strategies, with experience in broking houses or prop trading desks. Analyze trading performance and develop new logic to enhance trading performance. Collaborate with programmers to manage the development of sophisticated trading/risk systems, including understanding requirements and developing new functionality. Key Requirements: Proficiency in derivatives and options trading strategies, including knowledge of options pricing, Greeks, volatility trading, and hedging. Substantial experience in derivatives trading. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel for analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and strategies clearly to peers and senior management. Hands-on expertise with tools like Opstra, Sensibull, OI Pulse, etc. Post-graduate degree in statistics, finance, mathematics, engineering (Computer Science), or other quantitative or computational disciplines. Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
