Job Description

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right eyewear products.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and concerns, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and answer any questions regarding eyewear styles, lens options, and frame materials.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and maximize sales opportunities.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, including frame selection, lens options, and add-on features.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of store revenue goals.
• Upsell additional products or services, such as lens coatings, accessories, or eye exams, as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including eyewear displays and inventory shelves.
• Receive and manage incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and stock replenishment.
• Perform basic eyewear adjustments and repairs to ensure proper fit and functionality for customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Maintain customer records and prescription information in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed, including cash reconciliation and security measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
