Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum for the Diploma in Optical Fiber Technology program.
• Provide theoretical and practical instruction in optical fiber technology, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that meet educational standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in optical fiber technology and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Mentor and guide students, providing academic and career advice.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• Btech electrical and electronics/ Electronics and Communications, Mtech photonics/opto electronicsor a related field.
• Proven experience in optical fiber technology, with a strong understanding of current industry practices.
• Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students in the subject matter.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
