Job Title: OPT Recruiter - (Junior/Senior) Timings: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST
Location: Visakhapatnam (Onsite)
Required Experience: 1 to 1.5 years Preferred.

:

Strong experience and understanding of OPT US Hiring.

Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, and a prior database of OPT candidates.

Capable of getting students for any technology training.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.

Should have good knowledge on various technologies in the market.

Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms and Visa Types.

Need to maintain good relationships with team members as well consultants.

Address the consulting needs of a major client account.

Maintaining good database OPT candidates. Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate should possess strong communication, convincing and commanding skills

Must be willing to work for a long-term
