Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for OPT candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to ensure candidate suitability.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, and job fairs.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing support and feedback.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes continuously.
• Provide senior-level guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
