Job responsibilities a. Describe in brief overall objective of the role S. No. Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility 1. Vendor Management . Process implementation: Production planning, cost management, quality control, stakeholder management & Inter-disciplinary communication for project . Implementation of feasible digital tools & concepts for effective process optimization. . Onboarding & training to the ecosystem partners & their stakeholders . Developing vendor pool to cater project requirements. . Ensure regular audits of component manufacturers & EPAs . Implement process and system for CM evaluation w.r.t. performance, quality & safety 2. Logistics & Supply Chain . Strategy formulation for long term capability building in Supply chain . Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes to find & resolve bottlenecks, etc. . Find & implement cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes. . Ensure legal & statutory compliance for all supply chain processes . Logistics management for time and cost-efficient supply chain 3. Invoicing & commercials . BOQ Standardization . Negotiation with Component Manufactures along with Procurement team . Billing of various solutions and component from Component Manufactures to TSL/SPs . Placement of ARCs based on Sales forecast as per ABP to ensure timely delivery of material 4. Ensuring Quality Assurance & defect/rejection handling . Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for projects in the region . Conduct Frequent Quality Audits at sites during and post execution . Implement Quality Standards (Ex ISO 9001, ISO 14000 etc.) . Regular quality audits and reporting 5. Risk Management & Prioritization . Ensure risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk treatment, and risk monitoring in all projects. . Guide Vendors/Production partners to ensure priorities of jobs sites are met . Implement new policies to reduce risk to TSL, including insurance, etc 6. RM Planning . Planning for RM (HR /CR / Coated) and sourcing the same from TSL/Source . Ensure timely input from Design/Sales/PM for efficient planning of RM for CMs & EPA. . Reconciliation of RM supplied as free issue material 7. Other . MIS to leadership team on Monthly basis on Operations and Supply Chain vertical . Driving cost efficiency in business processes for continuous improvement. b) Describe below your major tasks & responsibilities Sl. No of Bulk Contract. 4 Value engineering 10 Cost saved per project. 5 Quality Compliance 15 Ensuring deployment of QA/QC 5 Internal Stakeholder Management 5 PM implementation 2. Knowledge, skills and experience (State the minimum acceptable proficiency/ threshold for this role. Do not state incumbent-specific information) Educational qualifications (Threshold educational background required to execute the role) BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering preferred and Executive MBA(regular) in Operations and Supply Chain from Premiere B School. Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role) 8+ Years of Experience in Operations and Supply Chain especially in Prefab Industry is preferred. Skills Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role Prefab Construction & Project Management, commercial acumen, knowledge of sales processes, Analytical Skill, strong knowledge of supply chain processes, working experience of relevant software (SAP MM) Planning and Organizing Skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal effectiveness, drive for result, networking skills, customer orientation.
