JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage updates to company's proprietary database as assigned, including updating fields, uploading
documents, and generating documents.
• Deficiency reporting for documents.
• Generate draft services agreements and statements of work out of IntelAgree contract management
tool.
• Manage updates and uploads to other databases to be determined, as needed by operations teams.
• Learn and understand billing functionality in ARCHER's proprietary database and create billing rules
for each new project.
• Assist with other administrative special projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Skills:
• 2-5 years of experience in operations
• Proficient with EXCEL
• Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate functions of MS Office applications (Word, Exchange, Access, etc.)
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills

• Graduate
