Job Description

We are looking for a creative Senior UI/UX Designer . The ideal candidate should have an eye for a clean and artful web design.

Responsibilities :

• Ideate and design solutions, build flows, and prototype for every stage of product development, from conception to user testing to launch
• Communicate effectively your design solutions to key stakeholders in the process
• Work closely with our Product Managers, developers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of our product from conception until launch and beyond
• Pilot user research and enhance already existing user interface designs
• Design/Transition experiences from one platform/device to another (Android, Web, etc.)
• Craft and modify the visuals/user experience of existing internal tools that enable Tekie to grow and scale rapidly

Skills:

• Figma
• Photoshop
• Adobe XB

Qualification:

• Relevant work experience of 2 to 3+ years.
• Strong Portfolio or live projects showcasing experience in this field needed
• Super-proficient in Figma and any other design/prototyping tools (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc).
• Creative thinking with immense attention to visual detail
• Knowledge and Skill of current UI/UX best practices (design systems, style guides, libraries, etc.)
• Proactive - takes initiative, is self-motivated, and a team player.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Experience in user research/usability testing would be an added bonus
• Willingness to hustle

Pay: Up to ?480,000.00 per year
