Hi,Greetings from HRC Global Services!!We are pleased to present to you an exciting opportunity for Corporate Sales Head role with one of India\'s leading amusement parks in Bangalore.Job Responsibilities :-Be the Sales Rockstar :-Manage end-to-end B2B corporate sales cycles, from lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and closure.Foster and maintain strong relationships with large corporates, MNCs, and SME clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of business for group events, team outings, and corporate gatherings.Collaborate with clients to offer customized event packages and solutions suited to their requirements, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.Own the B2B corporate sales vertical, pitching the company as the #1 destination for corporate getaways, team events and unforgettable "thrill rides!"Team Player :-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to drive a culture of excellence and accountability.Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team, conducting regular performance reviews and facilitating ongoing professional development.Turn Ideas into Action : Get creative with unique pitches and packages that leave corporate clients begging for more (and coming back for seconds!).Stakeholder Collaboration :-Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and finance teams, to ensure smooth execution of corporate events and customer needs.Work closely with the marketing team to develop corporate sales campaigns, including promotional materials, digital campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.Brand Advocacy and Promotion :-Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, enhancing brand visibility and promoting corporate offerings.Develop leadership content and engage in public speaking opportunities to position the company as a preferred partner in the corporate events space.What we\'re looking for :8+ years of B2B corporate sales experience ideally from hospitality, travel and.entertainment, gifting, rewards & loyalty consulting, or similar industries.Proven track record in smashing sales targets and building a stellar corporate client portfolio.Killer presentation and communication skills to sell the company\'s thrilling adventures as the ultimate corporate escape, be pitch perfect.Go-Getter attitude. You are proactive, strategic, and one who loves challenges.
