This junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cataract surgeries using phacoemulsification techniques and will contribute to a high standard of patient care.Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in phacoemulsification procedures (Mandatory skill), demonstrating proficiency and safety.
• Experience in conducting anterior segment surgeries with a strong track record of patient outcomes.
• Proficient in intraocular lens implantation techniques, ensuring precision and comfort for patients.
• Skilled in using ocular ultrasound for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes in various eye conditions.
• Capable of utilizing optical coherence tomography for detailed imaging and analysis of ocular structures.
• Experience with electronic medical records for maintaining accurate and reliable patient data and histories.
• Strong patient relationship management skills to ensure comfortable, empathetic, and clear communication.
• Adept with surgical operating microscopes providing high-quality visualization for precision in surgery.
