As the largest manufacturer of wheels for the global marketplace, Maxion Wheels is continually seeking motivated individuals who have what it takes to make a positive impact on our business and our customers Our long history, and our products, internationally recognized for their quality and innovation, make us one of the most respected OEM suppliers in the automotive industry For our Operational Excellence (Opex) department in Chakan, Pune India, we are looking for Opex Engineer Your future role Support plant successfully utilizing OPEX tools directly support plant performance improvements. Report preparation for OPEX KPI Plant KPI MIS on weekly Monthly basis. Follow up with departments for CRP projects, Kaizen initiatives. Coordinate conduct Weekly, Monthly, half yearly yearly audit assessment for 5S, TPM, NWT Opex. Assist Plant Manager Opex Manager on key projects as assigned. Knowledge of Press Tools Design is MUST for sheet thicknesses from 8mm to 15mm (Blanking, Forming, Piercing, Coining, Trimming, Draw Dies etc) Your profile Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred. 4-5 years manufacturing experience in automotive industry with relevant knowledge in Operational excellence tool technique.
