• Assist in the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Receive on-the-job training to develop technical skills for specific machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with experienced operators to learn and apply best practices in machine operation.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned machinery.
