• B.Sc. in Electronics

Job Overview :

We are hiring Operator Trainees for our team in Aluva . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with little to no experience to begin their career in the field of operations. As an Operator Trainee , you will undergo a comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge to work effectively as an operator in various technical roles. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma or ITI in relevant fields or a B.Sc. in Electronics .

Key Responsibilities :

• Undergo training to become proficient in operating machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Assist in the monitoring and operation of equipment in the production or operational area.
• Learn to troubleshoot and address basic technical issues with guidance from senior operators.
• Maintain operational logs and records for tracking equipment performance.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during operations.
• Work closely with the senior technical team to understand daily operations.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Adhere to company policies , procedures, and safety regulations while on-site.
• Assist in the maintenance of machinery and equipment as needed.
• Take part in on-the-job training and development sessions.
• Report issues or malfunctions to the senior operator or supervisor.

Key Requirements :

• Freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in technical or operational roles.
• Diploma in Electronics & Communication , Electrical & Electronics , Electronics Engineering , or Mechanical Engineering , or ITI in similar technical fields, or B.Sc. in Electronics .
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
• Basic technical knowledge related to machinery operation, electronics, and electrical systems.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining safety and operational standards.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks as needed.
