Job Description
Job Overview:
The Knitting Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining knitting machines to produce knitted fabrics according to production specifications. The role involves ensuring the quality of the knit fabric, troubleshooting machine issues, and following safety procedures to meet production targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification in textile/knitting operations is a plus).
• Previous experience in knitting machine operation or textile manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of circular knitting machines and knitting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production and quality control documents.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to handle machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
