Job Description

1- Take shift charge/ handover from reliever as

a) All Machinery (Boiler, FBD, GLR, Centrifuge, Blender, Sieving Machine, RO Water etc.), should working properly, if not, should know actual problem/reason and why happen.

b) Finish good material process should running normal.

c) Finish good should kept properly in storage area.

d) Log book and manpower log book should be written by reliever.

e) Document work should be completed by reliever

2- Depute Casual Labour personnel to the work as per good performance area of Labour.

3- Issue the PPE's (Nose mask, Head cap, Gloves) to Labour personnel and take return at out time. Note down it into log book.

4- Finish good in process test like moisture content, pH check properly. Note down in shift log book.

5- Ensure your shift production target and plan work accordingly.

6- Product output Qty share to the manager.

7- Take the production plan of your shift from your manager. If any requirement to fulfill the production, discuss with the manager and take follow up till completion.

GMP Aspects

8- To maintain working area housekeeping and cleaning.

9- To maintain Good Documentation Practices.

Safety Aspects

10- Follow the safety instructions and practice

11- Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of your area and hygiene.

Responsible to maintain and use Personal Protective Equipment's, wherever applicable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
