Job Title: Automated Vehicle Fitness Mechanical Lane Operator

: The Automated Vehicle Fitness Mechanical Lane Operator is responsible for overseeing the inspection process for vehicles within an automated fitness testing station. This role requires the operation and monitoring of inspection equipment to ensure the accurate assessment of vehicles' mechanical fitness. The operator must have expertise in the mechanical and electronic systems used in vehicle testing lanes and be capable of troubleshooting to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:Operate and Monitor Inspection Equipment:

• Operate automated testing equipment to assess critical vehicle components, including brakes, suspension, alignment, emissions, and other safety-related systems.
• Perform routine checks to ensure equipment functionality, promptly reporting any malfunctions to the maintenance team.

Vehicle Inspection Process:

• Conduct thorough inspections to confirm vehicle compliance with regulatory standards, documenting results accurately in the system.
• Verify that all required tests are completed and that each vehicle meets safety and emissions standards.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

• Identify and resolve minor technical issues with testing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs or technical adjustments as required.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines throughout the inspection process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for vehicle inspection.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Prior experience with automated testing systems or in a similar inspection environment is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily conducted within an inspection lane environment at an automated vehicle testing station.
• Must wear safety gear and strictly follow all safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
